Tesco now offer an Iphone on Pay as You Go, with no contract. They say that it can only be unlocked fter 12 months, but I take it your software will unlock in within minutes of getting it home?

And with an existing T-Mobile SIM with unlimited browsing Web n Walk it’ll just work as my current Vario IV with TouchFLO3G (make that pokeFLO3G!) does?

Hi Mark – that’s right, our software unlocks it immediately. You can use your unlimited Web N Walk with the iPhone no problem, and get unlimited data.

I bought my iphone 3GS from the Apple Store in New York City. In the US, the iPhones are locked with AT&T as the official carrier.

Would your software be able to unlock iPhones that are bought in the US? What about updating to 3.1 or 3.1.2?

Hi RTA. Yes our software can unlock iPhones which are bought in the US. And safely update you to the latest firmware, which is currently 3.1.2

    Hi
My phone is 3G and I´ve your unlock tool. I alredy update itunes to 9.0.
When can I update for 3.1?

    Thanks

Hi – the custom firmware for your iPhone 3G 3.1 is in the unlocking area :-) just make SURE you don’t update with standard apple firmware, you’ll lose your unlock for the time being.

    Hi,
I called Apple Store today for their 3GS availability. I was told that to prevent unlocking, they connect the iPhone with the O2 prepaid sim to O2 services. If they do that when I purchase the iPhone 3 GS, can I still use your software to unlock the phone so I can use it with my existing T-Mobile sim card? Will I still be able to use the iPhone Apps?

What they mean is that they activate the iPhone. That’s fine! You then simply run our software, which works on both activated and non-activated iPhones and allows you to use your existing T-Mobile sim.

You can also still use the iPhone App Store as normal along with all the other iPhone features, nothing is lost.

    1) Can i use your software if i register my phone on itunes or its better to do it before registering

    no need to register!

    2) Will all the functions including application store, itunes, compass etc work after unlocking

    obviously everything works as normal!

    3) Will apple barr my phone

    Of course they won’t

    4) Will I be able to use all my features abroad as well

    Yep

    5) Will my phone be damaged or get defunct in any way

    No. Still covered by warranty

    Hi Jody,

    i want to ask.
if i buy a new iphone 3gs in US through AT&T(which the price is only US$199), can i unlock it with your method?

Yes you can! BUT the price isn’t $199 – its $199 and then $80 per month for 2 years – i.e. around $2000. Just get it in the UK on PAYG from Apple or O2 – only £550

    After Compliments,

I own an IPHONE 2G with version 1.1.1. It was purchased in the US and unlocked by a friend. I do not know how he unlockedbut it works perfectly fine, and I am able to use any SIM card.

I wish to upgrade to 3.0 Software. Will your application work for the upgrade?

Second, I wish to purchase IPHONE 3GS for my wife. I want to purchase it from O2 because I would have the free web and WI-FI for 12months and the tariiff on Pay&Go is attractive. If I do this, will I be able to purchase your software to unlock it? I want to unlock because she would like to use the local SIM cards on her travel.

    Your advice would be appreciated.

Well I see you didn’t reply to my last e-mail Mr. Sanders. I had a few questions I was unsure about. I suppose you might have got irritated at my constant questions thats why you failed to reply, but hope I wasn’t too much of a bother to you. I just wanted to make sure the software would work with my phone’s “call failed” situation that was all. Anyways I did purchase the software like I said I would. Great news ! Everything works just fine and once again I’m back in the game. I love it. So I just wanted to say thank you again for trying to answer some of my questions and to let you know I did refer some customers to you guys as well. You guys are doing a great job over there and you should keep it up. I live all the way here in the United States and you guys have extended your service this far. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

    Dear iPhoneunlockuk folks – Jody!

I had previously used the piggy back Sim card on my iPhone 3G (purchased in Switzerland and was never able to use it abroad) which worked well in some countries, however in others it did not. But… since the unlock software from iPhoneunlockUk was released, I can happily report, that – following the clear steps on your website – all is working well, and I was able to insert any SIM (even one from Syria!) and they all work well. No problem, connection is ready, and so I will be testing my 3G iPhone next week during my vacation in Italy!!
Thank you all so much, you are very reliable, and thank you all for putting in so much work, especially that Friday night where you probably worked all night through to make us all happy!!

    Cheers from Switzerland, M

Hi, I have already got my i-phone 3g unlocked using your software, and it is currently running on version 2.1. I would like to update it to version 3. When i buy the new software, will there be detailed instructions of what to do, i am a bit nervous of losing all of my contact details etc? If i have to ‘restore’ the phone etc, will that clear off all of my numbers and saved text messages and photo’s?
Please put my mind at rest!
    Thanks
    Chris

Yes of course there are detailed instructions. Don’t worry about losing information – everytime you connect your device to iTunes, it makes a backup automatically. We do recommend restoring first which will erase everything, but this is only to get a “clean” device for unlocking purposes. You can actually unlock even just by updating, but this makes things harder for our support team if anything goes wrong.

You can easily restore your contacts, photos and text messages just by restoring from a backup -iTunes will ask you if you want to setup as new iPhone or restore from backup once the unlock has finished..

Hi I have upgraded but I am having trouble sendind mms
I am on vodafone in the UK, otherwise great job done by the team, thanks a lot

I presume you are on a 3G iPHone? If so we’re just collating all the different MMS settings for the worldwide providers, so please bear with us for a couple of days, its not an easy task. If you are on a first gen iPhone, MMS isn’t supported, you’ll need to install MMS from our App Pack for that.

I have just updated the firmware to 3.0 and unlocked my iphone 3G. it is now making calls and surfing the internet with T-mobile. Mine was a French iphone which had been jailbroken previously but none of that mattered. I just did a complete restore to OS 3.0 and then ran the software provided by Jody and her team and it worked without a hitch. I then plugged the phone into the computer and itunes asked me whether I wanted the phone treated like a new one or whether it should do a restore from my old settings. I didn’t know. So I emailed Jody. At half 12 in the morning! and got a reply in less than 2 minutes! That is just OUTSTANDING service! I wish Jody ran every company that I have to deal with!

    Guys

First of all, I should extend my happiness and thank Jody Sanders for the wonderful support they provided. The support response was instantaneous and I was pretty much amazed by it, since I have been interacting with a few more “so-called” iPhone unlocking websites, which have very bad (or) no response at all…
In a few cases, I have even seen that the member section of these websites don’t even work…
But iPhoneUnlockUK has been a revelation and using their help and software, I have been able to unlock my new iPhone 3G with v3.0 and I am now using it with T-Mobile…
I would highly recommend anyone looking to unlock their iPhone to turn to these guys and not fall prey to other false hookers floating around in the web…
These guys are genuine and offer excellent support in case you face problems…
Thank you Jody and hats off to your team…

    Cheers

Bear in mind everyone that MMS, Bluetooth streaming and tethering are not available for 2g phones. I have just found this out, although the upgrade was successful.

That’s right Cath – but our App Pack will install MMS for you, and we’re also working on tethering – look for something in the unlocking area this Thursday 25th.

will this firmaware enable me to transfer music to another phone by bluetooth.

There is no way Apple will allow you to transfer music over bluetooth. Pictures and your own files, yes, but the record companies who provide the music in iTunes will have stipulated that Apple do not do this.

my 3G 2.2.1/2.30.03 has been updated to 3.0 version. I want to have it unlocked by your software. the problem I have found is that itune 8.2 on my mac can’t see an iphone. I’ll be back to try your product

This is an easy one! Just make sure the iPhone is plugged into your computer, then hold down home and sleep for 30 seconds. This will force the iPhone into restore mode, iTunes will then pick it up. Then just restore the iPhone, and then run our unlocking software.

    THANK YOU TO IPHONEUNLOCKUK.COM
i have been with the company right from the very start when the first ever iphone was released. At this point no-one really had much experience of unlocking the iphone. So i found iphoneunlockuk.com, and i travelled down to london (as their was no one click software available at that early stage). I left my iphone with the guys their while i did my shopping (oh and yes i was very nervous, what was stopping them from stealing my iphone, i was thinking all day).
Well 2 hours later i came back o collect my iphone and was greeted by the iphone unlock guys and they gave me my iphone fully unlocked without a piggyback sim. The iphone was in perfect condition, they hant scratched it or thrown it about and he even told me that this was the first time they had unlocked a customers iphone with only software. He couldnt belive that i was picking up signal with only software alone. He couldnt belive it so much that he asked me to make some phone calls to check i was actually receiving signal and that it worked.
WELL, when i tried it, IT WORKED. So i made my 1 hour and 20 minute journey back home on the train and had an unlocked iphone. Of course Apple starting releasing new iphone updates but iphoneunlockuk.com where there sending me emails of how to update and stay unlocked. During the update process i got stuck so i phoned iphoneunlockuk using the number provided on their website and they answered the phone within minutes and were very happy to help.
Their are a lot of company’s that er out their pretending to be able to unlock the iphone but all they are after is ur money.
But trust me iphoneunlockuk.com is one to trust. They provided everything that is expected.
WELL DONE IPHONEUNLOCKUK AND THANK YOU
    Christian
